Warranty Policy

All products sold by Fix My Apple are covered by 12 months warranty, the following conditions apply for warranty claims:

  • All costs associated with returning goods are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable.
  • Our Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) policy is strictly 14 days from the Delivery Date. You must go through Return Claim procedure outlined above in order for us to process your Return Claim. If the item is found faulty, we will replace the item or refund the price you paid for the item, at our discretion.
  • A replacement item will only be shipped once the faulty item has been received and tested for the specific fault / problem specified in the Return Claim.
  • BEFORE returning any faulty goods to us you must initiate a Return Claim.
  • Our Service Centres test for declared faults thoroughly, however, if they find the item to have no faults or intentional damage to the item, the non-faulty item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Change of Mind or Satisfaction Guarantee Returns Policy

Fix My Apple will offer you exchange or refund in the event you have changed your mind or not satisfied with your purchase, the following conditions apply:

  • Return must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.
  • All costs associated with returning goods are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable.
  • Postage and packaging cost expended by Fix My Apple for the order are not refundable, the amount will be deducted from the final refund amount.
  • Items must be returned in its original working condition, showing no signs of use, wear or damage.
  • Customer is responsible to ensure sufficient packaging is used for returns to avoid damage during transit.
